Launched in 2018, Eighteen East® is a New York-based brand that utilizes handcraft as a through-line to connect the refined reliability of more tailored, classic clothing with the functional, purpose-driven textiles and detailing of skate and outdoor gear.

Primarily produced in India, we strive to include an element of non-mechanized handwork into each garment we create. From cutting a cargo pant from handwoven Khadi cotton, hand-dying oxford shirts with mud-resist dyes, printing deep pile cotton fleece with hand-carved rosewood blocks or hand-embroidering graphics on heavy cut & sew knits, we utilize a wide variety of handcraft techniques to add an individualized, idiosyncratic touch to familiar, utilitarian silhouettes.
