The silhouette of our single pleat chino is inspired by the carrot-like fit of traditional patiala pajama pants. Cut from a gutsy but soft, hand-woven black and white slub cotton twill tweed, this relaxed-fit trouser has a high rise and a tapered, slightly cropped leg. It features a button-through front closure and zip fly with quarter top side pockets and a single, asymmetrical back welted pocket. Though a versatile pant when worn alone, we've taken to pairing these with Sahasika Indian shirt jacket cut from the same fabric. The resulting look is an Eastern interpretation on a traditional suit and we love how it casually elevates tees and knitwear.
