Named for our dear friend Nicola, who has been developing incredible knitwear in Northern Italy for over 30 years, the Cuoco was designed to be our ideal crewneck sweater. Knit from a beautifully irregular 3g thick and thin extra fine merino/nylon mouliné yarn spun by Pecci Filati (One of Italy's most experimental yarn spinners),  the Cuoco fits relaxed - but not huge - with a drop shoulder and a substantial, narrow fitting neck.  It's a piece we've been wearing 2 to 3 days a week now that the temp has dropped and we know if you grab it you will be as well.
