Shipping and Returns

Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 5 business days, assuming no weather or systemic delays. You will receive notifications regarding the status of your product based on options selected at checkout.
 

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Expedited orders may be limited in Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign locations

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that we are not offering international shipping at this time.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you'll be completely happy with your purchase, but we'll gladly accept returns on all items (except those marked "Final Sale") within 14 DAYS from the time of delivery.

  • Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in good condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
  • We will not accept items marked FINAL SALE .
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges.

 

TO RETURN

1. Please contact customerservice@18east.co.- include your name, order number, the name and size or sku of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.

2. We will send you a return label with instructions.
3. Drop your package off at a UPS, USPS, or DHL Dropbox depending on the shipping selected.
