Shipping and Returns


Orders may take up to 30 days to be processed and shipped, though we typically fulfill within 5 business days, assuming no weather or systemic delays. You will receive notifications regarding the status of your product based on options selected at checkout.



  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • Expedited orders may be limited in Alaska, Hawaii, and foreign locations.
  • Due to high volume of orders we cannot combine orders. Please be sure to place all desired items in the cart before checking out.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they are placed.
  • We reserve the right to alter pricing of goods at any time and prices are not subject to adjustment based on sales or promotions.  The price at the time of purchase is the price.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments.

UPS is our carrier for all international shipments.  Please note that you will be responsible for any additional import duties or taxes charged by your country's carrier.  In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.  


Should you decide to return an international order, please note that 18 East cannot be responsible for any customs duties or fees associated with that return shipment, and that any incurred costs will be deducted from your credit.




We hope you'll be completely happy with your purchase, but we'll gladly accept exchanges or returns on all items (except discounted pieces or those marked "Final Sale") for store credit only within 14 DAYS from the time of delivery.


  • We provide free return shipping for all domestic orders. International customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • Goods must be received unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as your package arrives to ensure everything is in good condition.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
  • We will not accept returns on artwork, vintage items or any piece marked FINAL SALE
  • We cannot refund original shipping charges.




1. Please contact include your name, order number, the name and size or SKU of the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for return.

2. We will send you a return label with instructions.

3. Drop your package off at a UPS, USPS, or DHL Dropbox depending on the shipping selected.

4. Please note that all returns must be postmarked within 14 days from original delivery to be eligible for store credit.
