The Beacon features fully hand embroidered nylon paneling at the rear forearms and chest pocket flap (the same 48gsm windproof and water-repellent cloth we use in our Tracks quilted jacket).  The body is cut from a substantial 19 oz. all cotton fleece with an easy fit and a relaxed ribbed hem.  On seam hip pockets on each side too.
