Things too good to not call out:

• Aly often ran a cinder gray/white nylon ripstop as an internal storm flap on jackets.  We replicated that by hand carving Indian rosewood blocks with the same size grid pattern and hand printed that on our cotton micro ripstop
• One of the coolest A# trims were these rubberized triangle patches Aly used to use on jacket collars, shoulders, bags etc.  We developed them in the same size but hand printed them on raw edge canvas that will fray and age with wear..  
• The only place you'll find the words "eighteen east" on this garment is on the custom-developed jacquard webbing.  This nods to Aly's original cinder gray A# webbing utilized throughout his outerwear and bags.  
• We used matte black fidlock buckles with magnetic closures at the roll top open and the strap.  They're a wonderfully technical juxtaposition to the slow, handcrafted materials utilized throughout this bag.
