The Roy baker pant is one of our most enduring silhouettes, so when we began development on this new covert cloth quality inspired by the colors of woodland camo, we knew a summer-ready short version would be a great place to launch it.  Like their longer predecessors, the Roy shorts are designed to be functional with or without a belt (The waistband has an internal drawcord and elastic at the back but a clean front).  They feature traditional Baker pockets at the hip with a double needle seam down the center of the legs and button through flap patch pockets at the back. 

Proudly made in India from a custom developed cotton covert cloth.  This fabric is made from combining two-tone jaspe yarn, (where black and khaki yarns are twisted and plied together) with olive yarn into a durable twill weave.  Finally, it is coated with natural beeswax to add a unique structure and hand that will age and patina beautifully through repeated wear.

These run relaxed but we recommend taking your normal alpha size.

Please note - this garment's beeswax finish will feel stiff and look irregular and uneven out of the packaging.  We recommend machine washing and tumble drying this garment before wear as it will add a more uniform finish and softer hand.
